
Because I've got nothing else going on, right? Haha! I am joining this challenge for a few reasons-
~ I am already working on my fitness and losing weight
~ Accountability - I love the accountability that my meetings gives me, so more can't be a bad thing, right?
~ It is free, and I am cheap
~ The cutest bunny ever
We are closing in on our trip to Germany and I am still determined to not be the fat American. The whole Kevin Smith being thrown off of a plane for his size thing scares the bejesus out of me, too. I especially do not want to be the fat American who is tossed off of the plane for being too fat. And god help me if I am sat next to another fat person. I will die.
So... My mini goal for the week is to track everything I eat. Since doing the Simply Filling Technique this has been a real struggle for me. At this weeks meeting, my leader talked about how important tracking is - and I even told a new-ish and struggling girl that tracking is super important and she should do it every day - and I have been meaning to get back to it. I am also going to double challenge myself and say that starting Tuesday, I am going to walk every day. So there you go.

I love Spark People! I just wish some of their boards were more talkative. I use Spark Recipes all the time, though.
